BASIC PACKAGE
INCLUDED IN THE COST
- Private transportation Penitentes - trailhead - Penitentes.
- Assistance obtaining Aconcagua State Park’s climbing permit.
- Mules to carry loads (max 35 kg per person) from Penitentes to Plaza Argentina or Plaza de Mulas and back (round trip).
- All meals and beverages in our approach and base camps for a maximum of 7 days. This includes breakfast, lunch or packed lunch, dinner and snacks, with a selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages served responsibly and in moderation. We are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. Please note that no reimbursements will be issued for any unused portion of the meal service.
- We guarantee access to potable water at all approach and base camps. Filtration systems are used where necessary.
- Complementary showers + well-maintained and comfortable bathroom facilities in all our approach and base camps, including flush toilets at lower elevations.
- Safe storage room in Penitentes and Base Camps, VHF radio at BC, weather reports, emergency oxygen, 24/7 assistance in the event of evacuations or emergencies.
- Complimentary WiFi and charging stations at all camps. Please note that service may be interrupted occasionally due to weather conditions.
NOTINCLUDED IN THE COST
- Airport pick up or drop off / Ground transportation to or from Penitentes.
- Cost of Mt. Aconcagua State Park’s climbing permit.
- Hotel in Mendoza or Penitentes.
- Personal porters or any service at high altitude.
- Any cost incurred should the climber abandon the trip.
- Meals or drinks in Mendoza or Penitentes.
- Personal tent, bunks or lodging on the mountain (clients must provide their own tents).
- Personal gear and medication, room service, laundry, beverages, phone communications, items of a personal nature, insurance liability, ground or air evacuations, hospitalization or medication of any kind, any other service not mentioned in this list of conditions.
